Jakarta - BursaKerjaCirebon.com, Bornevia is a growth-stage B2B tech startup company based in Jakarta building a cloud helpdesk/customer support CRM solution. We received an angel investment this year (mid-2013).

1. Role/Responsibility
    Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors or appropriate personnel and monitors visitor’s access.
    Answers incoming email and social media messages, and forward relevant messages to appropriate staff
    Provides basic administrative support
    Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
    Sriting and producing presentations and press releases
    Dealing with enquiries from the public and related organisation
    planning publicity strategies and campaigns
    Take part in sales and business planing meetings as part of PR strategy.
    Take part in hiring process operation and client support operation.

2. Ideal candidate
    Female.
    Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia, and written English.
    Hard worker and has great desire to learn anything.
    No degree required. Currently still in University or has recently graduated.
    Cheerful and talkative personality, both in person or on the phone.
    Basic MS office knowledge.

3. Bonus points
    Fluent in English, Japanese or Chinese. (well, other languages count as well).
